Terms and Conditions for AAG App

Welcome to AAG – Aapka Apna Game (“AAG”), owned, operated and managed by CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Player”, “AAGVEER”, “you”, or “your”) and CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED governing your access to and use of the AAG mobile application, website, services, tournaments, virtual coin system, subscriptions, and all related features.

By creating an account, accessing, downloading, or using AAG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. About AAG

AAG (Aapka Apna Game) is a digital entertainment and competitive gaming platform where users participate in skill-based games using virtual coins.

The Platform allows users to:

• Play multiplayer games.
• Participate in tournaments.
• Purchase virtual coins.
• Earn virtual rewards.
• Join communities.
• Subscribe to premium services.
• Participate in creator-led communities through the AAGVEER Program.

AAG is designed solely for entertainment purposes.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You satisfy the eligibility requirements.
• All information provided by you is accurate.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws.
• You accept all Platform policies.

4. Eligibility

To use AAG, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally competent to enter contracts.
• Not be prohibited under applicable laws.
• Not be located in jurisdictions where the Platform is restricted.

The Company reserves the right to verify age at any time.

Any account found to belong to a minor may be suspended or permanently terminated.

5. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Register using accurate information.
• Verify your mobile number through OTP.
• Maintain account confidentiality.
• Protect your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately if unauthorized access occurs.

Only one account per individual is permitted unless specifically authorized.

Creating fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts is prohibited.

6. User Agreement

By using AAG you agree that:

• You use the Platform voluntarily.
• You understand that AAG is an entertainment platform.
• You will comply with these Terms.
• You will not misuse the Platform.
• You will not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
• You accept all game outcomes.

7. Nature of Virtual Coins

AAG uses a virtual coin system.

Virtual Coins:

• are digital entertainment credits only;
• have no monetary value;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be transferred between users except where expressly permitted by the Platform;
• are non-refundable except where required by applicable law;
• may only be used within AAG.

Coins remain the property of CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED.

Purchasing coins grants a limited license to use them within the Platform.

8. No Cash Prize

AAG does not offer cash prizes to players.

Players compete only for:

• Virtual Coins
• Badges
• Rankings
• Achievements
• Cosmetics
• Digital Rewards
• Community Recognition

No player shall receive money based on game results.

9. No Coin Withdrawal

The Platform strictly prohibits conversion of virtual coins into:

• Cash
• Bank Transfer
• UPI
• Wallet Balance
• Cryptocurrency
• Gift Cards
• Any financial instrument

Coins cannot be withdrawn under any circumstance.

Attempting to convert coins into monetary value is a violation of these Terms.

10. Games & Match Rules

All matches are governed by Platform rules.

Users agree that:

• Match results are determined by the Platform.
• Server decisions are final.
• Disconnections may result in forfeiture.
• Match timers are enforced automatically.
• Abuse of gameplay mechanics is prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs is prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to modify game rules at any time.

11. Fair Play Policy

Users shall not:

• Cheat
• Hack
• Use bots
• Automate gameplay
• Reverse engineer the Platform
• Use unauthorized software
• Manipulate matches
• Collude with other players
• Use VPNs to bypass restrictions
• Exploit bugs

Violation may result in immediate suspension.

12. AAGVEER Program

The AAGVEER Program is governed by a separate AAGVEER Service Partner Agreement.

AAGVEERs:

• are independent service partners;
• are not employees of the Company;
• are not agents of the Company;
• earn commissions for community-building services, not for game outcomes.

Participation in the AAGVEER Program is subject to additional eligibility, KYC, tax, and compliance requirements.

13. Payments

The Platform accepts payments through authorized payment gateways.

Users agree that:

• Prices may change.
• GST may apply.
• Payment gateway fees may apply.
• Transactions are processed securely.
• Failed payments may be reversed.

14. AAG PRO Subscription

AAG PRO provides premium features.

Subscriptions:

• renew automatically unless cancelled;
• may be cancelled through the applicable app store or payment provider;
• are non-transferable;
• do not guarantee game outcomes.

15. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law:

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Purchased Coins
• AAG PRO Subscription
• Cosmetics
• Battle Passes
• Digital Items

Refunds may be considered only for:

• Duplicate transactions
• Failed purchases
• Technical payment errors
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable time period specified by the Company.

16. Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the Platform are owned by CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED.

This includes:

• AAG Brand
• Logos
• Graphics
• UI Designs
• Source Code
• Software
• Audio
• Video
• Game Assets
• Databases
• Trademarks
• Documentation

Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform.

No ownership rights are transferred.

17. User Generated Content

If users upload any content, they grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for Platform operations, promotion, and improvement, subject to applicable law.

Users remain responsible for the legality of any content they submit.

18. Suspension Policy

The Company may suspend or restrict any account for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Fraud
• Cheating
• Abuse
• Multiple Accounts
• Chargebacks
• Illegal Activities
• Harassment
• Hate Speech
• Payment Fraud
• Violation of Platform Rules
• Attempted Coin Conversion
• Security Risks

Suspension may be temporary or permanent.

19. Account Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate any account without prior notice where necessary to:

• protect Platform integrity;
• comply with legal obligations;
• prevent fraud or abuse; or
• enforce these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Platform access ends immediately.
• Unused virtual coins may be forfeited.
• Premium benefits cease.
• Certain legal obligations survive termination.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Platform during the preceding twelve (12) months, where permitted by applicable law.

21. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The Company does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service;
• error-free operation;
• continuous availability;
• specific game outcomes; or
• compatibility with all devices.

22. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

24. Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

25. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or other appropriate channels.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• AAGVEER commissions are paid only under a separate Service Partner Agreement for legitimate community-building services and are not game winnings.
• Participation is intended solely for entertainment and skill-based competition, subject to applicable laws and these Terms.
