In the event of accidental or erroneous cash credit to any AAG user or vendor account, a refund request can be made within 14 days of the transaction. AAG may also initiate a refund independently upon identifying such an error.
 
All refund requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of AAG. AAG reserves the right to approve or reject the refund based on the merits of each case, including internal investigation and transaction audit.
✅ If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
⏳ The refund process may take up to 14 business days from the date of approval.
❌ No refund requests will be entertained after the 14-day window.
 
🎮 GAME CANCELLATION POLICY
 
AAG is committed to providing an uninterrupted and fair gaming experience. However, in rare cases, games may be cancelled or disrupted due to:
Unforeseen technical issues
Server downtime or maintenance
Third-party service failures
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, power failures)
 
In such events, AAG is not liable for any financial loss incurred due to game cancellation. No refund will be provided for games cancelled due to these factors.
📌 In select cases, AAG may issue bonus credits or reschedule the game at its sole discretion as a goodwill gesture.
 
💳 ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
 
All transactions made on the AAG platform (wallet top-ups, entry fees, withdrawals) are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
AAG is not responsible for any payment denial, failure, or delay caused by the payment gateway or banking infrastructure.
In case of a reversed or failed transaction, the amount (if debited) will be refunded to the original payment source as per the gateway’s refund cycle.
Users are advised to ensure they have stable internet and sufficient balance before initiating any payment.
