REFUND POLICY

Welcome to AAG – Aapka Apna Game (“AAG”), owned and operated by CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED.

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued for purchases made on the AAG Platform.

By purchasing Virtual Coins, subscriptions, or other digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

AAG primarily offers digital products and services, including:

  • Virtual Coin Packs
  • AAG PRO Membership
  • Digital Cosmetics
  • Premium Features
  • Tournament Entry (where applicable)

Because these are digital products that are delivered instantly after successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased item has been successfully credited or activated, except where required by applicable law.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

A. Failed Payment

If payment has been successfully debited from your account but:

  • Virtual Coins were not credited,
  • Subscription was not activated, or
  • Purchased item was not delivered,

you may request a refund or successful credit of the purchased item after verification.

B. Duplicate Payment

If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical issue, duplicate payment, or payment gateway error, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.

C. Payment Gateway Technical Error

Refunds may be issued where payment processing fails due to:

  • Banking network issues.
  • Payment gateway failure.
  • Server timeout.
  • Transaction synchronization failure.

D. Unauthorized Transaction

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, you should immediately contact AAG Support.

Such requests will be reviewed individually and may require identity verification and supporting documentation.

3. Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Virtual Coins have already been successfully credited.
  • Coins have been spent or used.
  • Tournament entry has already been utilized.
  • Cosmetic items have been delivered.
  • AAG PRO benefits have already been activated.
  • Accidental purchases by the user.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with game outcomes.
  • Failure to understand Platform rules or policies.
  • Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
  • Account suspension due to policy violations.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Failed Payments

If your bank account has been debited but no Virtual Coins or purchased items are credited to your account:

  • Please wait up to 30 minutes for automatic reconciliation.
  • If the issue persists, contact AAG Support with your transaction details.
  • After successful verification, AAG will either credit the purchased item or process a refund, as appropriate.

5. Duplicate Payments

If duplicate payments are detected:

  • The duplicate transaction will be investigated.
  • If confirmed, the excess amount will be refunded using the original payment method, wherever possible.

6. Google Play Purchases

Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google.

Users requesting refunds for eligible Google Play purchases may be directed to submit their request through Google Play in accordance with Google’s refund policies.

Where appropriate, AAG Support will assist users in verifying transaction details.

7. UPI & Direct Payment Refunds

For purchases made through UPI or other supported payment methods:

  • Refunds, where approved, will generally be processed back to the original payment source whenever feasible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

After a refund request has been approved:

  • Verification: Typically within 3–5 business days.
  • Refund Processing: Typically within 5–10 business days.
  • Final credit to the original payment method depends on the user’s bank or payment service provider and may take additional time.

9. How to Request a Refund

Users may submit a refund request by contacting AAG Support.

Please include:

  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Username/User ID
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment Date
  • Payment Method
  • Purchase Amount
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting screenshots, if available

Incomplete requests may delay processing.

10. Fraud Prevention

To protect the integrity of the Platform, AAG reserves the right to reject refund requests involving:

  • Repeated refund abuse.
  • Chargeback fraud.
  • False claims.
  • Manipulated payment records.
  • Abuse of promotional offers.
  • Purchases made in violation of Platform policies.

Fraudulent refund requests may result in suspension or permanent termination of the user’s account.

11. Chargebacks

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback after successfully receiving and using Virtual Coins or other digital products may be treated as a violation of the Terms & Conditions.

AAG reserves the right to investigate such cases and take appropriate action, including restricting account access where justified.

12. Changes to this Refund Policy

CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform and become effective from the revised Effective Date.
