FAIR PLAY POLICY

Welcome to AAG – Aapka Apna Game (“AAG”), operated by CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED.

AAG is committed to providing every player with a safe, secure, and fair gaming environment. This Fair Play Policy explains the standards of conduct expected from all users and the actions that may result in account restrictions or suspension.

By using AAG, you agree to comply with this Fair Play Policy.

2. Fair Play Principles

Every player must:

• Respect other players.

3. No Bots

The use of any automated software is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Auto Play Software
• Click Bots
• Auto Match Scripts
• AI-Controlled Gameplay
• Macros
• Automated Farming Tools

Users must personally control all gameplay.

4. No Hacks

Users must not attempt to modify or manipulate the Platform.

Prohibited activities include:

• Game Hacks
• Memory Editing
• APK Modification
• Root-Based Cheats
• Jailbreak-Based Cheats
• Speed Hacks
• Coin Manipulation
• Score Manipulation
• Reverse Engineering
• Code Injection
• Network Packet Manipulation

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through technical means is strictly prohibited.

5. No VPN or Proxy Abuse

Users must not use VPNs, proxy servers, or similar technologies to:

• Circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Create multiple regional identities.
• Bypass security systems.
• Evade enforcement actions.
• Manipulate matchmaking.

The use of a VPN for legitimate privacy reasons is not automatically prohibited. However, if its use interferes with platform security, fraud prevention, or compliance requirements, AAG may restrict access or request additional verification.

6. No Emulator Abuse

Unless expressly permitted by AAG, users must play using supported devices.

Users must not use emulators or virtual environments to:

• Gain gameplay advantages.
• Create multiple accounts.
• Automate gameplay.
• Manipulate device identification.
• Circumvent security measures.

AAG reserves the right to detect and restrict unsupported environments.

7. No Multiple Accounts

Each individual may maintain only one player account unless expressly authorized by AAG.

Users must not:

• Create duplicate accounts.
• Create fake accounts.
• Use another person’s account.
• Share accounts.
• Transfer accounts.
• Use alternate accounts to gain unfair advantages.

Accounts created for fraudulent or abusive purposes may be permanently suspended.

8. No Collusion

Players must compete independently.

Collusion includes:

• Intentionally losing matches.
• Match fixing.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate results.
• Sharing rewards through unfair cooperation.
• Artificially increasing rankings.
• Coordinated tournament manipulation.

Any attempt to manipulate competitive outcomes undermines the integrity of the Platform and is strictly prohibited.

9. Payment & Referral Fraud

Users must not engage in fraudulent financial activities, including:

• Fake referrals.
• Chargeback abuse.
• Stolen payment methods.
• Fake KYC information.
• Identity fraud.
• Promotional abuse.
• Bonus exploitation.

10. Exploiting Bugs

If users discover a bug or vulnerability, they should immediately report it to AAG.

Users must not:

• Exploit software bugs.
• Repeat known exploits.
• Share exploit methods.
• Use technical errors for personal benefit.

AAG appreciates responsible disclosure and may acknowledge users who report genuine security issues in good faith.

11. Investigations

AAG reserves the right to investigate suspected violations using technical, behavioral, and security analysis.

Investigations may include:

• Gameplay analysis.
• Device verification.
• Login history review.
• Transaction review.
• Referral analysis.
• Security logs.
• Technical diagnostics.

Users may be requested to provide additional verification where appropriate.

12. Enforcement Actions

If a violation is detected, AAG may take one or more of the following actions:

• Warning.
• Temporary gameplay restriction.
• Coin adjustment or removal.
• Tournament disqualification.
• Reward forfeiture.
• Account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Restriction from future promotions.
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

The action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.

13. Reporting Fair Play Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected cheating or abuse through the Help Centre.

Reports should include:

• Username (if known).
• Match details.
• Date and time.
• Supporting screenshots or recordings (if available).

False or malicious reports may themselves constitute a violation of this Policy.

14. Policy Updates

CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED may update this Fair Play Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
