COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Welcome to AAG – Aapka Apna Game (“AAG”), operated by CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED.

Our goal is to create a fun, respectful, safe, and inclusive gaming community for everyone.

These Community Guidelines explain the behavior expected from every player, AAGVEER, creator, and community member while using the AAG Platform.

By using AAG, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.

1. Our Community Values

Every member should help create a community that is:

• Respectful
• Friendly
• Inclusive
• Safe
• Honest
• Fair
• Supportive

Treat other players the same way you would like to be treated.

2. What is Allowed

Users are encouraged to:

• Play fairly.
• Respect opponents.
• Use polite language.
• Encourage new players.
• Report bugs responsibly.
• Report suspicious activity.
• Participate positively in tournaments.
• Share constructive feedback.
• Build healthy gaming communities.
• Invite friends through official referral programs.

3. What is Not Allowed

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Abusive language.
• Hate speech.
• Threats.
• Harassment.
• Bullying.
• Defamation.
• Impersonation.
• Fraud.
• Scams.
• Cheating.
• Match fixing.
• Spam.
• Advertising unrelated products or services.
• Sharing illegal content.
• Sharing malicious links.
• Sharing another person’s personal information without permission.
• Promoting violence or unlawful activities.
• Circumventing Platform security.

4. Abusive Behaviour

Users must not:

• Use offensive language.
• Use discriminatory remarks.
• Threaten other players.
• Humiliate or intimidate others.
• Encourage self-harm or violence.
• Target users based on religion, race, nationality, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Engage in repeated abusive conduct.

AAG has zero tolerance for abusive behaviour.

5. Cheating

Users must never:

• Use hacks.
• Use bots.
• Use unauthorized software.
• Manipulate game results.
• Exploit bugs.
• Use multiple accounts unfairly.
• Share accounts.
• Collude with other players.

Cheating is governed by the Fair Play Policy and may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

6. Spam

Spam includes, but is not limited to:

• Repeated messages.
• Unwanted advertisements.
• Promotional links.
• Referral abuse.
• Mass invitations.
• Fake reviews.
• Repetitive emojis or symbols intended to disrupt communication.
• Automated messaging.

Spam may result in message restrictions or account action.

7. Harassment

Harassment is strictly prohibited.

Examples include:

• Personal attacks.
• Repeated unwanted contact.
• Stalking.
• Sexual harassment.
• Threatening messages.
• Public humiliation.
• Targeted bullying.
• Encouraging others to harass a user.

AAG is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all members.

8. Usernames & Profile Content

Usernames, profile photos, and profile information must not contain:

• Offensive language.
• Hate speech.
• Sexual or explicit content.
• Violent imagery.
• Illegal content.
• Copyright infringement.
• Fake identities intended to deceive others.
• Content impersonating AAG or CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED.

AAG reserves the right to require users to change inappropriate profile content.

9. Community & AAGVEER Conduct

Community leaders and AAGVEER members are expected to maintain higher standards of conduct.

They must not:

• Misrepresent AAG.
• Promise guaranteed rewards or earnings.
• Mislead users regarding Platform features.
• Collect payments outside official AAG channels.
• Conduct unauthorized promotions.
• Abuse their community position.

Violations may result in removal from the AAGVEER Program.

10. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report:

• Abuse.
• Harassment.
• Spam.
• Fraud.
• Cheating.
• Inappropriate profiles.
• Community violations.

Reports should be submitted through the Help Centre or in-app reporting tools.

False or malicious reports may themselves violate these Guidelines.

11. Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity of the violation, AAG may take one or more of the following actions:

• Content Removal.
• Username Change Request.
• Warning.
• Temporary Chat Restriction.
• Community Restriction.
• Tournament Restriction.
• Coin Forfeiture (where related to abuse or fraud).
• Temporary Suspension.
• Permanent Account Termination.
• Removal from the AAGVEER Program.
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

12. Appeals

Users who believe enforcement action was taken in error may submit an appeal through the Help Centre.

Each appeal will be reviewed individually. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the original decision.

13. Changes to These Guidelines

CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.

Updated versions will become effective upon publication within the Platform.
