This Coin Policy explains how Virtual Coins work within the AAG Platform. By purchasing, earning, receiving, or using Virtual Coins, you agree to comply with this Policy and the AAG Terms & Conditions.

1. What Are AAG Coins?

AAG Coins are virtual digital entertainment credits that allow users to participate in games, tournaments, and other features available on the AAG Platform.

Virtual Coins are intended solely for entertainment purposes within AAG and do not represent real money, electronic money, financial assets, securities, cryptocurrencies, or any other monetary instrument.

2. Nature of Virtual Coins

AAG Coins:

• Are digital entertainment credits only.
• Exist solely within the AAG Platform.
• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be traded or sold outside the Platform.
• Cannot be transferred between users unless specifically permitted by the Platform.
• Do not constitute a bank deposit or financial investment.
• Do not earn interest or appreciation.

Virtual Coins remain the exclusive property of CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED at all times.

Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Virtual Coins within the Platform.

3. How to Obtain Coins

Users may obtain Virtual Coins through:

• Purchasing Coin Packs.
• Welcome Bonuses.
• Daily Login Rewards.
• Tournament Rewards.
• Promotional Campaigns.
• Referral Programs.
• Rewarded Advertisements.
• Seasonal Events.
• Other promotional activities conducted by AAG.

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any method of earning coins at its discretion.

4. Purchasing Coins

Coin Packs may be purchased through approved payment methods, including:

• UPI
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Digital Wallets
• Other authorized payment methods

Prices displayed within the Platform are final unless otherwise stated and may include applicable taxes.

Purchased coins are credited to the user’s wallet after successful payment confirmation.

5. Permitted Uses of Coins

Virtual Coins may be used only for activities offered within AAG, including:

• Other in-app services introduced by AAG

Coins cannot be used outside the Platform.

6. No Cash Value

Virtual Coins:

• Are not currency.
• Are not legal tender.
• Are not electronic money.
• Are not redeemable for cash.
• Have no cash equivalent.
• Cannot be exchanged for goods or services outside AAG.

The value assigned to Virtual Coins exists solely for use within the Platform.

7. No Coin Withdrawal

AAG maintains a strict No Withdrawal Policy.

Users cannot withdraw Virtual Coins in any form.

Coins cannot be withdrawn through:

• Bank Transfer
• UPI
• Digital Wallets
• Cryptocurrency
• Gift Cards
• Vouchers
• Cash
• Any other financial instrument

There are no exceptions to this policy except where required by applicable law.

8. No Coin-to-Cash Conversion

Virtual Coins cannot be:

• Converted into Indian Rupees (INR).
• Converted into foreign currencies.
• Converted into cryptocurrencies.
• Sold to other users.
• Exchanged for merchandise outside AAG.
• Redeemed for financial benefits.

Attempting to convert coins into money or other valuable consideration is strictly prohibited.

9. Coin Transfers

Unless specifically enabled by the Platform, users may not:

• Transfer coins to another account.
• Sell coins.
• Purchase coins from third parties.
• Gift coins outside official AAG features.
• Trade coins on external websites or marketplaces.

Unauthorized transfers may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

10. Promotional & Bonus Coins

AAG may issue Promotional or Bonus Coins through:

• Welcome Offers
• Referral Campaigns
• Promotional Events
• Daily Rewards
• Marketing Campaigns
• Rewarded Advertisements
• Seasonal Promotions

Promotional Coins:

• May carry separate usage conditions.
• May expire after a specified period.
• Cannot be converted into cash.
• Cannot be withdrawn.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional programs at any time.

11. Coin Expiry

Purchased Coins generally remain available unless otherwise stated.

Bonus or Promotional Coins may expire based on the terms of the applicable promotion.

Where applicable, users will be informed of expiry periods through the Platform.

Unused Promotional Coins may be removed after expiry.

12. Coin Adjustments

The Company reserves the right to:

• Correct technical errors.
• Reverse fraudulent transactions.
• Remove incorrectly credited coins.
• Adjust balances resulting from system failures.
• Investigate suspicious activity.
• Restore balances after verified technical issues where appropriate.

Any adjustments will be made in accordance with applicable laws and internal compliance procedures.

13. Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Coin Farming
• Automated Coin Collection
• Fake Referrals
• Multiple Accounts
• Payment Fraud
• Chargeback Abuse
• Exploiting System Bugs
• Using Bots
• Account Sharing
• Unauthorized Coin Trading

Violation may result in:

• Coin removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Legal action where applicable

14. Refunds for Coin Purchases

Purchased Coins are digital products.

As a general rule, purchases are non-refundable once coins have been successfully credited to your account.

Refund requests may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

• Failed Transactions
• Technical Payment Errors

• Block access to the Platform.

Such actions may be taken without compensation where permitted by law.

16. Changes to Coin Economy

To improve gameplay and maintain a balanced in-game economy, the Company may:

• Modify pricing.
• Adjust reward structures.
• Change tournament entry requirements.
• Update promotional offers.
• Modify earning methods.
• Introduce new digital products.

These changes do not affect the fundamental principle that Virtual Coins have no monetary value and are intended solely for use within the Platform.

17. Compliance with Laws

The Virtual Coin system is designed to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual Coins are not financial assets.
• Virtual Coins are not investment products.
