CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to AAG – Aapka Apna Game (“AAG”), owned and operated by CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED.

This Cancellation Policy explains how users may cancel subscriptions and recurring services offered through the AAG Platform.

By purchasing an AAG PRO Subscription or any recurring digital service, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

1. Scope

This Cancellation Policy applies to:

• AAG PRO Monthly Subscription
• AAG PRO Annual Subscription
• Future recurring subscription plans introduced by AAG

This policy does not apply to:

• Virtual Coin Purchases
• One-time Digital Purchases
• Cosmetic Items
• Tournament Entries
• Promotional Offers

These are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and Coin Policy.

2. AAG PRO Subscription

AAG PRO is an optional premium membership that provides users with exclusive benefits, which may include:

• Ad-Free Experience
• Daily Bonus Coins
• Exclusive Tournaments
• Premium Badges
• Priority Features
• Early Access Features

Subscription benefits remain active until the current billing period expires.

3. Auto-Renewal

Unless cancelled before the next billing date, AAG PRO subscriptions may automatically renew through the payment platform used for the purchase.

Recurring payments are processed by the applicable payment provider, including:

• Google Play
• Apple App Store (when available)
• Other supported subscription platforms

Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings through the applicable payment platform.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel the automatic renewal of their AAG PRO subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

• No further recurring charges will be made.
• Current subscription benefits will continue until the end of the existing billing cycle.
• Subscription benefits will automatically expire once the current subscription period ends.

Cancellation does not immediately terminate active subscription benefits.

5. How to Cancel

Android (Google Play)

1. Open Google Play Store.
2. Go to Payments & Subscriptions.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Choose AAG PRO.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

iOS (Apple App Store)

Users should manage their subscription through their Apple ID subscription settings.

Direct Website Subscription (If Available)

Users may cancel from:

Profile → AAG PRO → Manage Subscription

6. Cancellation Effective Date

Cancellation becomes effective immediately for future billing.

However:

• The current subscription remains active until its expiration date.
• Premium benefits continue during the remaining paid period.
• No partial cancellation is available.

7. Refund After Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

Refunds, if any, will be governed by the AAG Refund Policy and, where applicable, the policies of the payment provider (such as Google Play or Apple).

8. Subscription Expiry

Once the subscription expires:

• Premium benefits end.
• Ad-Free mode may be disabled.
• Daily bonus benefits stop.
• Exclusive tournament access may be removed.
• Premium badges or cosmetic indicators may no longer be displayed.

Any Virtual Coins already credited to the user remain subject to the Coin Policy.

9. Failed Renewal

If an automatic renewal payment cannot be processed due to:

• Insufficient balance
• Payment failure
• Expired payment method
• Banking issues

The subscription may expire at the end of the current billing cycle unless renewed successfully.

10. Changes to Subscription Plans

CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED may modify:

• Subscription pricing
• Subscription benefits
• Billing cycles
• Available plans

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, users will be informed before changes affecting future renewals take effect.

11. Fraud & Abuse

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions obtained through:

• Payment Fraud
• Unauthorized Transactions
• Chargeback Abuse
• Promotional Abuse
• Account Manipulation
• Violation of Platform Policies

Appropriate action may be taken after investigation.

12. Changes to this Policy

CELESTIALIT VERSE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published within the Platform and become effective from the revised Effective Date.
